NoGuiltMeds is a marketing, patient acquisition, and intake platform. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or medical diagnostics service. We connect eligible users with independent licensed healthcare providers who conduct telehealth medical evaluations.
Use of this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship with NoGuiltMeds. Any medical relationship is established solely between the user and the assigned independent licensed provider.
2. Eligibility
To use our services you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Legally reside in the United States in a state where the service is available
- Have internet access to complete the online evaluation
- Provide truthful and complete information during the evaluation process
Completing the evaluation does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or prescription of any treatment. The final determination is made exclusively by the independent licensed provider.
3. Pricing and payments
Prices shown on the site represent initial plan options subject to evaluation and approval. Final prices may vary based on the patient's history, their state of residence, and the determination of the licensed provider. NoGuiltMeds does not guarantee that displayed prices are the final prices applicable to your case.
There are no automatic subscriptions. Charges apply only after the user explicitly accepts an approved treatment plan.
4. User information
By using our services, you authorize NoGuiltMeds to share your intake information with the assigned independent licensed provider for medical evaluation purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Service limitations
NoGuiltMeds is not available in all states. Availability depends on each state's telehealth regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the service without prior notice for regulatory or compliance reasons.
NoGuiltMeds is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
6. Limitation of liability
NoGuiltMeds will not be liable for medical decisions made by independent licensed providers, or for treatment outcomes. Results vary by patient. No content on this site constitutes medical advice.
